Elected the best Parisian bistro in 2012 by the Lebey Guide, it is the team of “Bistronomes” who cook these delicious traditional dishes in jars in the style of french grandparents. The chef cooks all those good homemade dishes with the desire to offer the best fresh products from the Parisian markets. The jars’pasteurization makes it possible to cook vegetables and fish without having to add preservatives or acidity correctors.
